Friday Nights throughout the summer, come on out to Granville Gude Park and enjoy a movie with the whole family. Bring a blanket or a chair, pack a picnic or grab something at our concession stand and relax for some great lakeside entertainment! Street parking is available on Mulberry Street. If there is bad weather, movies will be moved inside to Partnership Hall 811 Fifth Street Laurel MD 20707. The decision will be made an hour before the movie is scheduled to begin. July 14th - UP: Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old balloon salesman, is about to fulfill a lifelong dream. Tying thousands of balloons to his house, he flies away to the South American wilderness. Puss sets out on an epic journey to find the mythical Last Wish and restore his nine lives.

FRI JUN 23 - Loose Ties: Based out of Annapolis, MD, Loose Ties are known for their upbeat, melody driven, touch-with-yoursoul kind of music with vocal harmonies to match. Influenced by bands like The Eagles, The Beatles, Red hot Chili Peppers, and Jason Mraz, Loose Ties music touches all over the musical spectrum.
AUG 11 - Dupont Brass DuPont Brass: is a one-of-a-kind, brass-driven supergroup from the D.C. Metropolitan Area. Originally composed of five music majors from Howard University trying to raise money for tuition during the Christmas season, they have grown to a 9-piece ensemble consisting of brass, a rhythm section, and vocalists. Thanks to the foundation laid in their earlier years, DuPont Brass has had the opportunity to perform in conjunction with the D.C. Jazz Festival, The Washington Performing Arts Society, The Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, and The National Cannabis Festival. Through their training in classical and contemporary styles, DuPont Brass has developed a sound they’ve coined “Eclectic Soul” that mixes varied genres of music, including jazz, hip-hop, and R&B.
